You know yourself best. My role is to help you make sense of what you find.
I'm an art therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who is neurodivergent myself, so I deeply understand how differently our brains work—and how empowering it can be to work *with* that difference instead of against it. I specialize in helping young adults and adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, autism, burnout, and the complex terrain of religious deconstruction and trauma. My approach weaves together art therapy, executive function coaching, and evidence-based modalities like CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-focused work. I'm particularly passionate about helping you understand your strengths, recognize your needs, and adapt your environment to support you—not the other way around. Whether you're processing a major life transition, working through relationship challenges, parenting struggles, or the spiritual and emotional weight of leaving a high-control group or belief system, I'm here to meet you with both practical tools and creative space. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions and am currently accepting new clients.
I use the Green Bottle Method for sliding scale fees in order to help make services as accessible as possible. (Read more about this approach here: https://www.wortsandcunning.com/blog/sliding-scale)
*Unfortunately, the art therapy studio space is on the third floor, with stair access only. However, please reach out if you are interested in services. I can provide telehealth, or we can discuss other options on an as-needed basis.
